Biological activity	CC-90002 has a high affinity for binding to CD47 with a subnanomolar dissociation constant (K d) value [1]. CC-90002 can block the CD47-SIRPa interaction with IC 50 value in the subnanomolar range [1]. CC-90002 has inhibitory effect in concentration-dependent in the ALL and AML cell lines [1]. CC-90002 shows significant dose-dependent antitumor activity and significant tumor regression in tumor xenografts models [1].
