References 1. Ken Luu, et al. ANB032, a novel BTLA agonist monoclonal antibody, inhibited T cell proliferation, reduced inflammatory cytokines, and down modulated BTLA expression on circulating T and B cells in phase 1, progresses into a phase 2 study in atopic dermatitis. Purification Protein A/G purified from cell culture supernatant.
Biological activity ANB032 reduces dendritic cell maturation in in vitro assays. ANB032 reduces T cell proliferation and secretion of IFN-γ, IL-5, IL-13, and IL-17A, and downregulates BTLA expression during T cell stimulation in PBMCs [1]. ANB032 reduces T cell expansion, plasma inflammatory cytokines, and demonstrates in vivo efficacy in the humanized GvHD mouse model [1].

SDS-PAGE
SDS-PAGE for Research Grade Anti-Human CD272/BTLA (ANB032).

Bioactivity
Detects Recombinant Human CD272/BTLA Protein, C-His (Cat No.: HV375011) in indirect ELISA.

Flow cytometry
Flow-cytometry APC using anti-human CD272 antibody. Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an APC anti-human CD272 monoclonal antibody (Catalog HV375036) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.

Flow cytometry
Flow-cytometry PE using anti-human CD272 antibody. Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an PE anti-human CD272 monoclonal antibody (Catalog HV375036) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.

Flow cytometry
Flow-cytometry FITC using anti-human CD272 antibody. Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an FITC anti-human CD272 monoclonal antibody (Catalog HV375036) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
