1. Ken Luu, et al. ANB032, a novel BTLA agonist monoclonal antibody, inhibited T cell proliferation, reduced inflammatory cytokines, and down modulated BTLA expression on circulating T and B cells in phase 1, progresses into a phase 2 study in atopic dermatitis. | Purification |
Protein A/G purified from cell culture supernatant. |
| Biological activity |
ANB032 reduces dendritic cell maturation in in vitro assays. ANB032 reduces T cell proliferation and secretion of IFN-γ, IL-5, IL-13, and IL-17A, and downregulates BTLA expression during T cell stimulation in PBMCs [1]. ANB032 reduces T cell expansion, plasma inflammatory cytokines, and demonstrates in vivo efficacy in the humanized GvHD mouse model [1]. |
