Biological activity	HGS101 (1 h) shows EC 50 values of 0.001 ug/mL for Maraviroc ()-sensitive, 0.0003 ug/mL for Maraviroc -resistant, and 0.00002 ug/mL for Maraviroc -resistant HIV-1 in the presence of Maraviroc in JC6 cells [1]. HGS101 (1 h) shows EC 50 values of 0.03 ug/mL for Maraviroc -sensitive, 0.03 ug/mL for Maraviroc -resresistant, and 0.01 ug/mL for Maraviroc -resistant HIV-1 in the presence of Maraviroc in PBMCs [1]. HGS101 (0.3 ug/ mL, 1 h) restores Maraviroc inhibition (EC 50 of 0.007 nM) of Maraviroc -resistant HIV-1 in PBMCs [1]. HGS101 (10 mg/kg, i.v., every 15 days for 10 times) shows anti-HIV activity by inhibiting CCR5 signaling in simian immunodeficiency virus-uninfected RMs models [2]. . Reduced the levels of CCR5 + T-cells in blood and lymph nodes. Induced a complex anatomic redistribution of CD25 + T-cell. Induced specific changes in the transcriptional profile of leukocytes.
