Biological activity	ZL-1201 (15 min) binds to CD47 on Jurkat cells [1]. ZL-1201 (10 ug/mL; 30 min) when combined with Trastuzumab (), Cetuximab (), or Rituximab () significantly increases phagocytosis index compared to single agents or isotype control [1]. ZL-1201 (2 h) does not induce hemagglutination in whole blood [1]. ZL-1201 (10 mg/kg; i.p.; twice per week; 3–12 weeks) enhances antitumor efficacy in BALB/c nude mice with lymphoma, breast cancer, ovarian cancer, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, and gastric cancer xenografts (with a TGI of >80% in Raji lymphoma xenografts) [1].
