| Biological activity | IGN523 elicits strong ADCC activity in Ramos, KG-1 and OCI-AML-3 cells, with EC 50 s of 18.6 ng/mL, 73.8 ng/mL and 83.3 ng/mL, respectively, does not reduce ADCC activity in IGN523 cells [1]. IGN523 (2 ug/mL, 0.5-48 h) elicits Caspase-dependent apoptosis, increases lysosomal membrane permeability and decreases amino acid transport in Ramos, KG-1 and OCI-AML-3 cells [1].
