SDS-PAGE		 SDS-PAGE for Research Grade Anti-Human CD66e/CEA/CEACAM5 (SGM 101).

Bioactivity		 Detects recombinant human CD66e/CEA/CEACAM5 (Cat No.: HY546011) in indirect ELISA.

Western blot		 Western blot analysis was performed using anti-CD66e/CEA/CEACAM5 monoclonal antibody at 1ug/mL on various samples.

Flow cytometry		 Flow-cytometry using PE anti-human CD66e antibody. HPAC cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an PE anti-human CD66e monoclonal antibody (Catalog HY546106, Yellow Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
