| Purification |
Protein A/G purified from cell culture supernatant. |
| Biological activity |
AGS-1C4D4 displays potent ADCC activity against PSCA-expressing HPAC and Panc0203 pancreatic cell lines, with activity greatly reduced by deglycosylation, and is more potent than the hybridoma-derived AGS-PSCA antibody in this assay [1]. AGS-1C4D4 exhibits CDC activity against PSCA-expressing recombinant B300.19 cells, with activity greatly reduced by deglycosylation, and is equally effective as the hybridoma-derived AGS-PSCA antibody in this assay [1]. AGS-1C4D4 binds to PSCA with a K d of 0.2 nM, displaying similar binding affinity to the hybridoma-derived AGS-PSCA antibody [1]. AGS-1C4D4 significantly inhibits established pancreatic tumor growth and metastasis in orthotopic HPAC xenograft models when combined with Gemcitabine (), and also significantly inhibits pancreatic tumor formation, local invasion, and distant metastasis in the same orthotopic xenograft model [1]. |
