Purification Protein A/G purified from cell culture supernatant.
Biological activity MK-1966 strongly induces IFNγ production in human PBMCs when combined with the TLR9 agonist SD-101 [1]. MK-1966 (10 ug/mL; 24 h) restores CD8 + T-cell proliferation and functional cytokine production that is suppressed by COL4A1-induced M2-like macrophages [2].
Endotoxin level < 10 EU/mg
Expression system Mammalian cells
Accession P22301

Flow cytometry
Flow-cytometry using anti-human IL10 antibody. Transfected cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human IL10 monoclonal antibody (Catalog HB997036, Yellow Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L Polyclonal Antibody, FITC (abinScience: HF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
