After washing, and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer. |

After washing, bound antibody was detected using a Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L Polyclonal Antibody, FITC (abinScience: HF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer. |
