Biological activity	The ABBV-3373 surrogate (10 mg/kg; i.p.; single administration) achieves a 98% inhibition rate of the area under the paw swelling curve in a mouse collagen-induced arthritis model, with the therapeutic effect lasting for more than 30 days [1]. The ABBV-3373 surrogate (3-10 mg/kg; single administration) inhibits FITC-induced ear swelling by 55-88% in the Mus musculus contact hypersensitivity model, with minimal effects on systemic glucocorticoid biomarkers [1].
