| Biological activity | GSK2618960 (10-100 ug/mL; 10 h) potently induces dose-dependent CD4 + T cell proliferation in PBMCs [2]. GSK2618960 binds specifically to monocyte-derived DCs, but not to uncultured primary DCs, NK cells, or B cells from fresh PBMCs [2]. GSK2618960 (50 ug/mL; 7 days) enhances the differentiation of DCs and upregulates their activation marker (CD83, CD86 and CD209) expression in PBMCs [2]. |
