Flow cytometry analysis was performed using anti-human CD3 monoclonal antibody. Jurkat cells were incubated with an irrelevant antibody (blue histogram) or FITC-conjugated anti-human CD3 monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HY057043, green histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/mL for 30 min at room temperature. After washing, cells were directly analyzed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer. |
