| Biological activity | STX-100 (1 h pretreatment) exhibits minimal inhibitory effects on TGF-β1-induced morphological and nuclear changes in A549 cells [3]. STX-100 (1 h pretreatment) does not substantially alter actin cytoskeletal organization in A549 cells and does not prevent TGF-β1-associated changes in actin distribution [3]. STX-100 (1 h pretreatment) has limited inhibitory effects on TGF-β1-induced morphological and nuclear changes in MCF10A cells [3].
