In in vitro cellular senescence transformation experiments using human cells, BI-765423 effectively counteractes cellular senescence transformation, demonstrating potential anti-aging activity [1]. BI-765423 can extend the healthy lifespan of mammals by inhibiting IL-11 signaling, and also has inhibitory effects on pathological processes associated with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) [1] [2].
