Flow cytometry analysis was performed using anti-human GUCY2C monoclonal antibody. CHO cells transiently transfected with human GUCY2C plasmids were incubated with an irrelevant antibody (blue histogram) or FITC-conjugated anti-human GUCY2C monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HB626117, green histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/mL for 30 min at room temperature. After washing, cells were directly analyzed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer. |
