Application	Dilution
Load 5 μL per lane for standard mini-gel (0.75–1.0 mm thickness). For large-format gels, use 10–15 μL per lane. Load directly — no heating, reduction, or sample buffer addition required. Apparent molecular weights are determined under standard SDS-PAGE (Tris-Glycine) conditions and may vary slightly depending on gel chemistry and running conditions.
