背景

Carbonic anhydrase 9 (CA9) is a ~49 kDa protein. Catalyzes the interconversion between carbon dioxide and water and the dissociated ions of carbonic acid (i.e. bicarbonate and hydrogen ions).

  • Flow cytometry

    Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an anti-human CA9 monoclonal antibody at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
