背景

Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor receptor (CD114/CSF3R) is a ~92 kDa protein. Receptor for granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (CSF3), essential for granulocytic maturation. Plays a crucial role in the proliferation, differentiation and survival of cells along the neutrophilic lineage. In addition it may function in some adhesion or recognition events at the cell surface.

  • Flow cytometry

    Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an anti-human CD114 monoclonal antibody at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
