背景

C-X-C chemokine receptor type 5 (CD185/CXCR5) is a ~41 kDa protein. Cytokine receptor that binds to B-lymphocyte chemoattractant (BLC). Involved in B-cell migration into B-cell follicles of spleen and Peyer patches but not into those of mesenteric or peripheral lymph nodes. May have a regulatory function in Burkitt lymphoma (BL) lymphomagenesis and/or B-cell differentiation.

NoteFor research use only. This stable cell line expresses GFP as a reporter marker. GFP is expressed independently of the target protein and is not fused to the target protein.

  • Flow cytometry

    Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an anti-human CXCR5 monoclonal antibody at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
