背景

Interleukin-2 receptor subunit alpha (CD25/IL2RA) is a ~30 kDa protein. Receptor for interleukin-2. The receptor is involved in the regulation of immune tolerance by controlling regulatory T cells (TREGs) activity. TREGs suppress the activation and expansion of autoreactive T-cells.

  • Flow cytometry

    Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an anti-human CD25 monoclonal antibody at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
