背景

4'-phosphopantetheinyl transferase ffp (sfp) is a ~25 kDa protein. May activate the peptidyl carrier protein (PCP) domains of fengycin synthase by transferring the 4'-phosphopantetheinyl moiety of coenzyme A (CoA) to a serine residue.
