背景

Troponin T, cardiac muscle (TNNT2) is a ~35 kDa protein. Troponin T is the tropomyosin-binding subunit of troponin, the thin filament regulatory complex which confers calcium-sensitivity to striated muscle actomyosin ATPase activity.
