稳定性和存储

Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for frequent use. Store at -20 to -80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.

Tensin-1 (TNS1) is a ~197 kDa protein. May act as a protein phosphatase and/or a lipid phosphatase (Probable). Involved in fibrillar adhesion formation. Essential for myofibroblast differentiation and myofibroblast-mediated extracellular matrix deposition. Enhances RHOA activation in the presence of DLC1. Plays a role in cell polarization and migration.
