稳定性和存储

Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for frequent use. Store at -20 to -80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.

Sphingomyelin phosphodiesterase 2 (SMPD2) is a ~47 kDa protein. Catalyzes, at least in vitro, the hydrolysis of sphingomyelin to form ceramide and phosphocholine. Also hydrolyzes 1-O-alkyl-2-lyso-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (lyso-platelet-activating factor) in vivo. Also acts on 1-acyl-2-lyso-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (lyso-PC) and sphingosylphosphocholine.
