Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for frequent use. Store at -20 to -80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.

Sorbin and SH3 domain-containing protein 1 (SORBS1) is a ~142 kDa protein. Plays a role in tyrosine phosphorylation of CBL by linking CBL to the insulin receptor. Required for insulin-stimulated glucose transport. Involved in formation of actin stress fibers and focal adhesions.
