稳定性和存储

Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for frequent use. Store at -20 to -80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.

Thymidine kinase (K196R) is a ~22 kDa protein. Phosphorylates thymidine. ASFV replicates in the cytoplasm of infected cells and contains genes encoding a number of enzymes needed for DNA synthesis, including thymidine kinase. Important for growth in swine macrophages in vitro and is a virus virulence factor in swine.
