Flow Cytometry

Flow-cytometry using anti-Human GPRC5D antibody. GPRC5D Transfected 293T cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Green Histogram) or an anti-Human GPRC5D antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HP458013, Blue Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a APC- conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.

Flow CytoMetry

Flow-cytometry using anti-human GPRC5D antibody. Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an anti-human GPRC5D monoclonal antibody (Catalog: HP458013) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L Polyclonal Antibody, FITC (abinScience: MF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
