背景

Troponin I, cardiac muscle (TNNI3/cTNI) is a ~24 kDa protein. Troponin I is the inhibitory subunit of troponin, the thin filament regulatory complex which confers calcium-sensitivity to striated muscle actomyosin ATPase activity.
