背景Durvalumab (Imfinzi) is a human IgG1 monoclonal antibody that is approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of cancer. It was developed by Medimmune/AstraZeneca. Durvalumab is a programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) blocking antibody which blocks the interaction of PD-L1 with the PD-1 and CD80 molecules.Antibodysystem Anti-Durvalumab Antibody, pAb, Rabbit is produced from sera of a rabbit immunized with Durvalumab.
