Alcohol dehydrogenase 6 (ADH6) is a ~39 kDa protein. Alcohol dehydrogenase. Catalyzes the NAD-dependent oxidation of primary alcohols to the corresponding aldehydes. Oxidizes secondary alcohols to the corresponding ketones.
