背景

TANK-binding kinase 1-binding protein 1 (TBKBP1) is a ~67 kDa protein. Adapter protein which constitutively binds TBK1 and IKBKE playing a role in antiviral innate immunity. Essential for the efficient induction of IRF-dependent transcription following infection with Sendai virus.
