稳定性和存储

Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for frequent use. Store at -20 to -80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.

Leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor subfamily B member 3 (CD85a) is a ~69 kDa protein. May act as receptor for class I MHC antigens. Becomes activated upon coligation of LILRB3 and immune receptors, such as FCGR2B and the B-cell receptor. Down-regulates antigen-induced B-cell activation by recruiting phosphatases to its immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitor motifs (ITIM).
