稳定性和存储

Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for frequent use. Store at -20 to -80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.

背景

Fiber protein is a ~57 kDa protein. Forms spikes that protrude from each vertex of the icosahedral capsid. Interacts with host receptor to provide virion initial attachment to target cell. Fiber proteins are shed during virus entry, when virus is still at the cell surface.
