稳定性和存储

Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for frequent use. Store at -20 to -80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.

Non-toxic nonhemagglutinin type A (NTNH) is a ~138 kDa protein. Assembles with botulinum neurotoxin type A (BoNT/A) and protects it against pH-mediated inactivation or protease activity at pH 2.6 (the pH of the animal gastrointestinal tract) but not at pH 6.0. Necessary for neurotoxicity.
