Use a manual defrost freezer and avoid repeated freeze thaw cycles. Store at 2 to 8°C for frequent use. Store at -20 to -80°C for twelve months from the date of receipt.

背景

Hexokinase HKDC1 is a ~102 kDa protein. Catalyzes the phosphorylation of hexose to hexose 6-phosphate, although at very low level compared to other hexokinases. Has low glucose phosphorylating activity compared to other hexokinases. Involved in glucose homeostasis and hepatic lipid accumulation. Required to maintain whole-body glucose homeostasis during pregnancy; however additional evidences are required to confirm this role.
