Useful as a positive control in STEAP1 binding/internalisation assays, a comparator for novel anti-STEAP1 candidates/ADCs, and a scaffold for ADC/bispecific development. STEAP1 is a cell-surface metalloreductase highly overexpressed in prostate cancer with limited normal-tissue expression, making it an attractive ADC and T-cell-engaging bispecific target for selectively reaching tumour cells while sparing healthy tissue.
