| 背景 | Electron transfer flavoprotein subunit alpha, mitochondrial (ETFA) is a ~35 kDa protein. Heterodimeric electron transfer flavoprotein that accepts electrons from several mitochondrial dehydrogenases, including acyl-CoA dehydrogenases, glutaryl-CoA and sarcosine dehydrogenase. It transfers the electrons to the main mitochondrial respiratory chain via ETF-ubiquinone oxidoreductase (ETF dehydrogenase). Required for normal mitochondrial fatty acid oxidation and normal amino acid metabolism. 1. Bross, P. et al. (1999) Molecular genetics and metabolism 67, 138-47. PMID: 10356313 2. Toogood, HS. et al.
