背景	Thyrotropin receptor (TSHR/LGR3) is a ~86 kDa protein. Receptor for the thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) or thyrotropin. Also acts as a receptor for the heterodimeric glycoprotein hormone (GPHA2:GPHB5) or thyrostimulin. TSHR is coupled to G(s) proteins and mediates the activation of adenylate cyclase. This leads to the generation of cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP), which in turn activates protein kinase A (PKA). PKA subsequently phosphorylates downstream targets involved in thyroid hormone biosynthesis and secretion, including thyroid peroxidase (TPO) and the sodium/iodide symporter (NIS). 1. Flow Cytometry

Flow-cytometry using anti-human TSHR antibody. Human Jurkat cell line were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Green Histogram) or an anti-human TSHR antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HB852107 , Red Histogram) at a concentration of 20 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-human antibody (Catalog # HF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.

After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-human antibody (Catalog # HF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
