背景

C-type lectin domain family 5 member A (CLEC5A/MDL1) is a ~21 kDa protein. Functions as a positive regulator of osteoclastogenesis. Cell surface receptor that signals via TYROBP. Regulates inflammatory responses.

    Flow-cytometry using anti-human CLEC5A antibody.CLEC5A Transfected CHO cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human CLEC5A antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HP329107 ,Green Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-human antibody (Catalog # HF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
