背景	Low affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc region receptor II-b (CD32b/FCGR2B) is a ~34 kDa protein. Receptor for the Fc region of complexed or aggregated immunoglobulins gamma. Low affinity receptor. Involved in a variety of effector and regulatory functions such as phagocytosis of immune complexes and modulation of antibody production by B-cells. Binding to this receptor results in down-modulation of previous state of cell activation triggered via antigen receptors on B-cells (BCR), T-cells (TCR) or via another Fc receptor. Isoform IIB1 fails to mediate endocytosis or phagocytosis.

Flow Cytometry

Flow-cytometry using anti-human CD32b antibody.CD32b Transfected CHO cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human CD32b antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HB103107 ,Green Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-human antibody (Catalog # HF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
