背景	CD99 antigen is a ~18 kDa protein. Involved in T-cell adhesion processes and in spontaneous rosette formation with erythrocytes. Plays a role in a late step of leukocyte extravasation helping leukocytes to overcome the endothelial basement membrane. Acts at the same site as, but independently of, PECAM1. Involved in T-cell adhesion processes.

Flow Cytometry

Flow-cytometry using anti-human CD99 antibody.CD99 Transfected CHO cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human CD99 antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HB677107 ,Green Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody (Catalog # MF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
