背景	Nectin-2 (CD112/PVRL2) is a ~57 kDa protein. Modulator of T-cell signaling. Can be either a costimulator of T-cell function, or a coinhibitor, depending on the receptor it binds to. Upon binding to CD226, stimulates T-cell proliferation and cytokine production, including that of IL2, IL5, IL10, IL13, and IFNG. Upon interaction with PVRIG, inhibits T-cell proliferation. Flow Cytometry

Flow-cytometry using anti-human Nectin2 antibody.K562 cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human Nectin2 antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HV456107 ,Green Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody (Catalog # MF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.

Flow-cytometry using anti-human Nectin2 antibody.KG-1 cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human Nectin2 antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HV456107 ,Green Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody (Catalog # MF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
Flow CytoMetry

Flow-cytometry using anti-human CD112 antibody. Untransfected cells (blue Histogram) and Transfected cells (Yellow Histogram) were stained with an anti-human CD112 monoclonal antibody (Catalog: HV456107) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L Polyclonal Antibody, FITC (abinScience: MF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
Western blot

Western blot analysis was performed using anti-CD112/Nectin-2/PVRL2 monoclonal antibody at 1ug/mL on various samples.
