背景	Hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) is a ~83 kDa protein. Potent mitogen for mature parenchymal hepatocyte cells, seems to be a hepatotrophic factor, and acts as a growth factor for a broad spectrum of tissues and cell types. Activating ligand for the receptor tyrosine kinase MET by binding to it and promoting its dimerization. Activates MAPK signaling following TMPRSS13 cleavage and activation. 1. Tolbert, WD. et al. Flow Cytometry

Flow-cytometry using anti-human HGF antibody.U87 cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human HGF antibody monoclonal antibody (Catalog # HB191107 ,Green Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-mouse antibody (Catalog # MF690414) and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
