背景	High affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc receptor I (CD64/FCGR1A) is a ~42 kDa protein. High affinity receptor for the Fc region of immunoglobulins gamma. Functions in both innate and adaptive immune responses. Mediates IgG effector functions on monocytes triggering antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) of virus-infected cells.
Note	For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µL volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. For research use only.
