背景	Integrin alpha-X (CD11c/ITGAX) is a ~129 kDa protein. Integrin alpha-X/beta-2 is a receptor for fibrinogen. It recognizes the sequence G-P-R in fibrinogen. It mediates cell-cell interaction during inflammatory responses. It is especially important in monocyte adhesion and chemotaxis. Functions as a receptor of the erythrocyte-specific adhesion molecule ICAM4 and mediates erythrophagocytosis.
Note	For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µL volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. For research use only.
