背景	C-X-C chemokine receptor type 2 (CD182/CXCR2) is a ~40 kDa protein. Receptor for interleukin-8 which is a powerful neutrophil chemotactic factor. Binding of IL-8 to the receptor causes activation of neutrophils. This response is mediated via a G-protein that activates a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system. Note	For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.5 µg per million cells in 100 µL volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. For research use only.

Flow CytoMetry

Flow-cytometry using FITC anti-human CD182 antibody. THP-1 cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an FITC anti-human CD182 monoclonal antibody (Catalog: HB243117, Yellow Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, and cells analysed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
