背景

CD4+ T cells are central orchestrators of adaptive immunity, providing helper function through cytokine secretion and coordination of B cell, cytotoxic T cell, and macrophage responses. Their functional and activation state is highly sensitive to the isolation method used, making unmanipulated recovery essential for downstream functional assays. The Ichorbio Untouched Mouse Helper T Cell Isolation Kit purifies CD4+ T cells from mouse splenocytes or lymph node cells via column-free negative (untouched) selection, using a biotin-conjugated antibody cocktail and magnetic beads to label and sequester non-target cells, allowing untouched CD4+ T cells to be recovered directly from the supernatant. This yields high-purity, untouched cells free of surface-bound antibodies or beads, with native phenotype and activation status preserved for sensitive downstream applications.

Cd4 is expressed on helper T lymphocytes and thymocyte subsets in mouse.
