稳定性和存储The ELISA Kit should be stored at 2–8°C and is stable for up to 6 months when unopened, unless otherwise stated on the product label or datasheet. Components stored separately may remain stable for up to 12 months under recommended conditions. After opening, keep components tightly capped at 2–8°C. Prepared working solutions should be used on the day of preparation, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles of protein-containing reagents, including reconstituted standards/calibrators, should be avoided.

背景

Glofitamab is a T-cell-engaging bispecific antibody that binds bivalently to CD20 on B cells and monovalently to CD3 on T cells. This dual-targeting mechanism promotes T-cell activation and selective elimination of malignant B cells. Glofitamab has shown durable clinical responses in patients with relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
