稳定性和存储The ELISA Kit should be stored at 2–8°C and is stable for up to 6 months when unopened, unless otherwise stated on the product label or datasheet. Components stored separately may remain stable for up to 12 months under recommended conditions. After opening, keep components tightly capped at 2–8°C. Prepared working solutions should be used on the day of preparation, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles of protein-containing reagents, including reconstituted standards/calibrators, should be avoided.

背景

Anifrolumab is a fully human monoclonal antibody directed against the type I interferon receptor subunit 1 (IFNAR1). By blocking signaling from multiple type I interferons, anifrolumab reduces inflammatory pathways associated with autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Elevated interferon activity is strongly associated with disease pathogenesis and severity in SLE. Pharmacokinetic assessment of anifrolumab supports preclinical and clinical studies investigating interferon pathway inhibition.
