稳定性和存储The ELISA Kit should be stored at 2–8°C and is stable for up to 6 months when unopened, unless otherwise stated on the product label or datasheet. Components stored separately may remain stable for up to 12 months under recommended conditions. After opening, keep components tightly capped at 2–8°C. Prepared working solutions should be used on the day of preparation, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles of protein-containing reagents, including reconstituted standards/calibrators, should be avoided.

背景

Dupilumab is a fully human IgG4 monoclonal antibody that binds the interleukin-4 receptor alpha (IL-4Rα) subunit, thereby inhibiting signaling from both IL-4 and IL-13, two central cytokines involved in type 2 inflammation. Dupilumab is approved for the treatment of multiple inflammatory diseases, including atopic dermatitis, asthma, chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps, eosinophilic esophagitis, and prurigo nodularis.
